Earthquake in western US, Sinlaku landfall (14 April 2026)

There was a shallow earthquake in Nevada that has created some dramatic maps but not a lot of damage as it happened in a pretty empty area of the Great American Desert …

A lot of other stuff going on, both natural disasters (floods in Hawai’i, drought in the southeast) and of course the geopolitical train wreck that is Near East Asia. Now that Holy Week has ended will have to sort it all out …
