TLDR: Invest is nothing and will go away. Forecast: NOAA is predicting an above normal season (link), but nothing significant has changed since my blog post a month or so ago. You can read it here (link) if you missed it the first go around. That’s it, although I have a couple of blog posts under construction on other topics, nothing else to add at the moment.

I didn’t name him (he was a refugee), but I would say more of an Emperor than Tsar (the Tsar spelling being the preferred transliteration among Slavic scholars), a Tsar being mortal whereas Emperors have the aura of divinity …
