Still early, but the track guidance is pretty consistent, so this could be a significant event by the end of this upcoming week.

In the Atlantic, Rina is almost gone and Philippe is still dawdling off the Leeward Islands, but is expected to turn north and strengthen. NHC is concerned it may pass close enough to the northern Leeward Islands to cause tropical storm conditions, so the regional met services may rain watches today, especially for Antigua and Barbuda …

Longer term, the storm should head away from land, so nothing to worry about for the Bahamas or US.
