Debby at 11am Monday: watching rain and rotation

Quick update at 11am, Debby has decayed to a tropical storm, no more hurricane warnings:

Rain is accumulating inland, but totals aren’t getting too out of hand just yet although as the storm slows down that will change …

Also watching for rotation and potential tornadoes as the storm decays. Starting to see some areas that need watching around Valdosta an Brunswick, be alert for warnings as the day goes on, starting in Florida/South Georgia and spreading northward.

The current NHC track forecast is maybe more favorable for Georgia and the heaviest rainfall accumulations might be shifted well in to South Carolina, but we will just have to watch and see. Some places on Paulsen were ponding already at 10:30 in heavy rain, but duh.
